Hi everyone!
Wow, what an
amazing, amazing day we had on Saturday at the very last
Whitecaps FC game of the season!
The great event kicked off with Jeb receiving the player award for the Whitecaps Foundation Humanitarian of the Year award!
Congratulations on the award and a great season Jeb!
Behind the scenes, Peace Pandemic had the opportunity to hold a silent auction at the game to raise funds for Jeb's upcoming trip to India in December!
I personally want to thank
Anita and
Carolina for coming out to help me (you girls rock!) as well as
Sandy Hancock and the
Whitecaps Foundation for all of her help!
Thank you all for your hard work!
Our hot ticket item of the day (among other great items including game worn jerseys!) was a
Whitecaps FC soccer ball signed by everyone on the team, and, upon request from our highest bidder, we were lucky enough to have the great
Bob Lenarduzzi sign the ball as well!
Whose signature is that??!
So many wonderful people stopped by the table to chat, make donations, and bid on the wonderful items we had for auction!
We thank every single one of you for your contributions, support and interest!
This blog will be frequently updated so you can all follow Jeb and his trip to India!
Thank you.
