Donate YOU

Successful people are always looking for opportunities to help others. Unsuccessful people are always asking, 'What's in it for me?'” --Brian Tracy

Tracy is correct in the realization that the more you give the more you get in life. I know all the penny pinchers out there will give every reason why NOT to give and I understand that people work hard for their money. BUT... it is not enough just to say that you worked hard for your money and keep it locked up until the day you die. It is not any one's place to say what you do or don't do with your money, but if it's not money you give then give other things such as: time, your heart, your shoulder to cry on when someone needs it or even those cans of food that have been sitting in your cupboard for too long.

Everyone hears about the "Season of Giving" but no one really stops to think... why does THIS season have to be designated as the one for giving? GIVE what you have to others all the time without asking "What's in it for me?" Do something out of your comfort zone for another person and see how you feel. Be some one's hero and don't worry about the people who question your intentions or laugh at your efforts.

Donate YOU. Be the change.
